VAT number: [VAT NUMBER, if any]

2. Copyright

Texts, photographs, videos and recordings on this site belong to Anna Nicotra or to their respective authors and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission. Photos come from Anna Nicotra's personal archive; [PHOTO CREDITS, if needed].

Pieces by other composers performed in the videos remain the property of their respective authors and publishers. Third-party names and trademarks (YouTube, Instagram, Spotify) belong to their owners.

The typefaces used on this site (Big Shoulders Display, Kalam, Instrument Sans) are licensed under the SIL Open Font License and are hosted directly on this site.

3. Privacy

This notice is provided under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003. The data controller is Anna Nicotra, at the contact details above.

Data collected

The site has no forms, requires no registration and uses no analytics, profiling or advertising tools.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and loads no third-party cookies when pages open, so no consent banner is needed.

YouTube videos

The videos are hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). Until you press play, the site does not contact YouTube: the video covers are images stored on this site. When you start a video, it is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. From that moment YouTube receives your IP address and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy. Starting a video is your choice: if you don't, no data is sent to YouTube.

Tracks from Spotify

In the "Listen" section each track has a "listen here" button. Until you press it, the site does not contact Spotify. When you press it, the player is loaded from Spotify (Spotify AB), which from then on receives your IP address and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy. Again, the choice is yours.

External links

Links to Instagram, YouTube and Spotify open those sites in a new tab, where their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or object to its processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to [EMAIL]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

4. Accessibility

The site is designed to be usable by keyboard and with screen readers: all images have descriptions, colour contrast is adequate and animations stop for anyone who has enabled their device's "reduce motion" setting. If you find a barrier, please let us know and we will fix it.
